Egg Pakora

A really easy to make tasty snake that will be a hit with everyone in the family.. Preparation time:25mins Cooking time:25mins Serves 4 Ingredients: hard boiled eggs-6 nos., baking soda-1/4 tsp, chilli powder-1 tsp, ginger garlic paste-1 tsp, gram flour-1 cup, oil-to fry, salt & pepper-to taste. Method: Make a very thick batter by mixing gram flour , chilli powder , ginger garlic paste ,baking soda and salt with water. Cut the eggs into 3 peices.Dip each piece in the batter and fry till golden brown.Make sure the egg is well coated with a thick batter else the egg will explode whereever it touches the hot oil. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
